Instructions for Abstract Submission
Abstract submission for the 27th Congress of WSCTS is open from September 12, 2016 till 1st of May, 2017. Abstracts will not be accepted after this date.

All abstracts should be submitted online through the congress website at

Authors are invited to create a new account first, and then submit their abstracts following the instructions of the electronic submission form.

An acknowledgement of receipt of your submission will be sent to your e-mail address after the submission is complete. Please note that only completed submissions will enter the review process and all incomplete drafts will be deleted from the system after deadline.

Notification of acceptance/decline will be sent out in or before July 1st, 2017.

Previous Publication of Abstracts: Abstracts will not be considered for invitation for presentation if they will be published as an article
Guidelines for Abstracts
Dimensions of your poster - Poster size – 1200 mm (height) x 900mm (width)
ALL Posters must be printed and will be displayed on a poster board. No presentation of the poster is required.
The text cannot exceed 300 words. The use of tables or figures is not allowed.
Poster Design:
Title, author(s), organization, address
at upper edge, across the width of whole poster
Declaration of interest (if applicable)
The title should be emphasized by the use of bold-face type.
The letters should guarantee clear reading even from a distance of 2-3 meters.
The text should be broken up by the inclusion of drawings and/or photos. The use of colour makes the poster more attractive and effective.
Presentation Type
Individual oral presentations allow for a brief overview of the major points of a particular research. Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion).

Material for a poster presentation is mounted on a poster board, which is staffed by the author (this is mandatory) for a designated period of time. This format provides a unique opportunity for personal interaction and idea exchange. Abstracts are to be informational and report on work completed. Abstracts based on preliminary results may be considered depending on space availability. Poster abstracts are not to exceed 300 words.
